我市将建无性别公厕

本报6月11日讯(记者马国军)今天从市环卫局采访获悉，城区主控道路、窗口和出入口附近符合改造条件的47座公厕，今天全部完成无障碍设施改造。市环卫部门有关负责人表示，我市今后将建设一批无性别公厕，以方便特殊人群使用，并有效提高公厕使用率。　　从今年4月开始，我市对全市55条主控道路、27个窗口、10个出入口的公厕进行无障碍设施改造。截至今天，符合改造条件的47座公厕，全部完成无障碍改造工作，增设了无障碍入口、轮椅坡道、入口平台、无障碍厕位、安全抓杆，很大程度上解决了残疾人、老年人、妇女儿童等特殊群体入厕难的问题。目前，全市无障碍公厕已达65座。　　市环卫局有关负责人表示，对于没有无障碍设施但具备改造条件的已建成公厕，各区需结合实际情况制定整改方案，并在2010年前改建完毕。对暂不具备改造条件的，将结合下一步公厕改造进行逐步完善。根据有关规定，从今年1月起，我市新建公厕必须配建无障碍设施，并达到相关技术标准，否则不予验收、审计与补助。今年以来，我市新建的5座公厕全部达到无障碍标准。全运会前，我市将再建20座达到无障碍标准的公厕。　　被称为不受性别限制的“第三空间”的无性别公厕，预计很快将在济南出现。市环卫局有关负责人表示，下一步，我市将在部分人流量较大的区域建设一批无性别公厕，它是独立卫生间，轮椅可自由出入，男女都能使用，残疾人、老人和幼儿可在异性家属(辅助者)的陪同下一起进入，可进一步提高公厕人性化水平和使用率。
